Meghan Rothery was called to the bar in 2021 and has worked as a legal practitioner since 2006.
Prior to joining the bar, Meghan practiced as a solicitor in property, commercial and estate litigation for several years before moving into personal injuries litigation with a national law firm where she was elevated to the position of Principal.
Meghan joined the bar in 2021. She practices in civil matters with a focus on insurance and personal injuries law, health law, administrative law, commercial law and succession law.
Meghan completed her university studies through the University of Queensland and Queensland University of Technology.
She has extensive experience representing parties in civil litigation and has been involved in very many mediations and complex/catastrophic injury claims.
Whilst Meghan is located in Rockhampton and understands the particular demands of regional practice, she regularly travels throughout Queensland to represent parties in all regional and metropolitan areas.
